Frequently Asked Questions

Where can Pathfinder members add information on GitHub?

Each Pathfinder organisation has a GitHub repository created to upload their work to. This can be in the form of meeting reports, OMOP standards, anonymised data, or any other important information that should be public.

Note: It is important that the information uploaded on GitHub is not sensitive data. Kindly confirm with your Project Coordinator what is considered sensitive if you're unsure.
Here are the various repositories for each Pathfinder.
Where can I find records of previous meetings?

Previous meetings can be found on the DSWB website. External meetings are shared on Discord, and would soon be linked on the website.

For other internal meetings, please ask Miranda or email Precious (precious@osponow.com) to share a link to them.
Where can I find the DSWB Data Sharing Agreement?

The DSWB data sharing agreement is available here - [Add link once publicly available.]
Can I practice my GitHub learning on our website?

Yes, please. You can use our dswb-workshops repository to play around and test your GitHub knowledge.

Don't worry if you break anything, we'll fix it!
Why can't I see joining links on our calendar?

Due to privacy and safety reasons, internal meeting links are not public. We share them to community members, and if you cannot find it on your personal calendar, please contact Precious (precious@osponow.com) to help out.
